BUZ publishes per-user pricing in AUD, excluding GST (checked 6 October 2026, buzsoftware.com.au/pricing): Admin A$172, Sales A$107 and Installer A$107 per user per month, with a minimum of 2 admin licences (A$344 a month). Basic/scanning and online-ordering licences are optional add-ons. BUZ says the per-user rate drops as you add users. It's month-to-month; no setup fee is listed, and the page says 'Book a demo & get set up'.
BUZ's terms (30 August 2026) bill fees monthly in advance, give no refunds for part-used billing periods, and end access immediately when you cancel. Your data is kept at least 90 days and a copy comes free by asking support.
Quoterite is A$950 setup, then A$250 a month plus A$130 per user (US: US$550, then US$195 plus US$110 per user), month to month. Installers do not need a login, so there is no installer licence to buy.
