Quoterite Pay is payments built into every Quoterite system — retail, manufacturing, wholesale and e-commerce. Take a deposit at the kitchen table, send a payment link they can pay from the couch, and watch every cent reconcile itself into your accounting.
Every way your customers want to pay
ACH Debit
Available payment methods vary by country.
Payments aren't bolted on — they're wired through quoting, jobs, production and accounting. That's why the money moves faster.
Deposit at "yes". Progress payments through production. Balance before install. Cash lands all the way through the job — not 30 days after it.
Every quote carries a payment link — so "we'll think about it" becomes a paid deposit before you've left the driveway. Afterpay, Zip and Klarna make big jobs feel small.
Showroom, kitchen table, on the road, on site. Quoterite runs in the browser on any device — nothing to install, nothing to carry.
Every payment reconciles through Quoterite into Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks automatically. One source of truth, nothing re-keyed.
Local rates for Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Pick your country.
Real-time bank paymentThe lowest-cost way to get paid. Your customer approves the payment in their banking app and the money moves in seconds — no card, no waiting.
Australia · works with any PayTo-enabled bank
On your Quoterite payment page they pick PayTo and enter their PayID or BSB.
A payment request appears in their bank's app. One tap to approve.
Funds move in seconds. Quoterite marks the quote paid and reconciles it.
Stripe-certified smart readers for the showroom, on the same Quoterite Pay rates, landing on the same quote.
AUD · GST 10% added at order
A 5-inch touchscreen reader that sits on the counter or passes across it. Connects over Wi-Fi, so no phone is needed at the till. It runs on battery, so it can come along to in-home consults on a phone hotspot.
Stripe's flagship Android reader. Big full-HD display, on-screen signature and tipping, built for all-day counter traffic.
In-person payments carry the Quoterite Pay card rates shown above — nothing extra for the terminal.
No monthly usage fee
No terminal service fee
Pick your readers above and submit the order. We charge your Quoterite account, ship, and walk you through the first payment.
Not sure which reader? Ask usHardware prices one-off, ex tax, in AUD for Australia, NZD for New Zealand and USD elsewhere; shipping confirmed at order. WisePOS is a product of BBPOS Limited, supplied through Stripe.
Bank transfers run on trust: a PDF receipt, a BSB typed by hand, a reference field that says "Payment". Scammers know it. Quoterite Pay takes the trust out and puts verification in, and PayTo goes one step further by putting your business name inside the customer's own banking app.
A customer emails a transfer receipt for the deposit, so the order goes to production. Days later the money still hasn't landed, and the receipt turns out to have been doctored.
With Quoterite Pay: "Paid" in Quoterite only ever means Stripe has confirmed the money. No receipts, no screenshots, no judgement calls at the counter.
A scammer gets into an inbox, changes the BSB on your emailed invoice, and your customer pays thousands to the wrong account. Both of you lose, and it's your name on the invoice.
With Quoterite Pay: Quoterite emails carry a payment link, not bank details. The customer pays on a Stripe-secured page tied to your account, so there is nothing to alter.
A customer mistypes your BSB or account number. The payment vanishes into the banking system and you both spend weeks on the phone trying to trace it.
With Quoterite Pay: Nobody types your account details, ever. With card, wallet or PayTo the customer enters their own details, and the payment is addressed to you by Stripe.
Money arrives with a first name or the word "Payment" in the reference. Someone in the office plays detective for an hour matching it to a quote, or it sits unallocated.
With Quoterite Pay: Every Quoterite Pay payment is born from a quote. It arrives already matched to the quote and customer, marks the job paid and reconciles to Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
It's 4:50pm Friday. The customer has transferred the deposit, they say. You hold the order until Monday to see the money clear, and production loses three days.
With Quoterite Pay: Card and PayTo payments are confirmed in seconds. The quote flips to Paid while the customer is still on the phone, and the order goes to production on Friday.
With a standard invoice, the customer has to trust that the BSB in the email is really yours. With PayTo, your business name and the exact quote number appear inside their own banking app, and their bank confirms the request came from your registered business before showing it.
With Quoterite Pay: They check the quote number, approve with Face ID, done. Nothing to intercept, nothing to mistype, and the invoice-fraud anxiety is gone for both sides.
If your business transacts over $6 million a year through Quoterite Pay, you qualify for custom pricing. Talk to us — bigger books deserve better numbers.
Quoterite Pay is the same engine in every Quoterite product — so however you sell, the money flows the same way.
Deposits on the spot, payment links on quotes, saved cards for balances at install.
Progress payments tied to production stages — money keeps pace with the work.
Account payments and direct debits from your dealer network, reconciled automatically.
Quoterite Pay embeds in your online store — any website framework, one payments back end.
Card, wallet, BNPL or bank debit — in person, by payment link, or through your online store. Any device, no terminal required.
Paid ✓ $4,860.00The payment matches itself to the quote, invoice and job, then flows straight into Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks. No double entering, ever.
Matched → Xero ✓Funds land in your bank on a rolling schedule, from your own Stripe-powered account — set up and managed for you through Quoterite.
In your bank ✓Contact us and we'll organise everything — your Quoterite Pay account is created and configured as part of your Quoterite system. No separate applications, no payment gateway shopping.
Stripe pays out to your nominated bank account on a rolling schedule — typically within two business days, depending on your country.
Yes. Every quote and invoice can carry a payment link — customers open it on their phone and pay from home with card, wallet or buy now, pay later. You get notified the second it lands.
Yes. Quoterite Pay works with two Stripe smart readers, the WisePOS E and the Stripe Reader S700. In-person payments carry the same Quoterite Pay card rates, with the monthly usage fee and terminal service fee waived; you pay for the reader once. The WisePOS E is priced in Australian dollars for Australia, New Zealand dollars for New Zealand and US dollars for all other regions, and shipped by Stripe. For the Stripe Reader S700, contact us for pricing. Pick your region in the terminals section, or contact us and tell us which reader you'd like.
All payments are processed by Stripe — a certified PCI Level 1 service provider trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Card details never touch your systems, card payments are screened by Stripe Radar with 3D Secure where applicable, and a quote only shows Paid once Stripe has confirmed the money.
It removes the two things scammers rely on. Your emails carry a payment link instead of bank details, so there is no BSB to intercept or alter, and a quote is only marked Paid when Stripe confirms the funds, so an emailed receipt or screenshot never releases an order.
A payment request inside their own banking app showing your business name and the exact quote number and amount. Their bank confirms the request came from your registered business before showing it, and they approve it with Face ID or their PIN. Australia only.
Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks are standard, and Quoterite can connect to any accounting system. Payments, fees and payouts reconcile automatically.
Contact us and we'll set up your Quoterite Pay account — rates, methods and payouts all sorted for you.
